GLOBAL CHASSIS GREASE

DESCRIPTION:-

• This is Greenish Brown Colour Calcium Soap base water resistant adhesive Grease which is high in performance designed for General Chassis lubrication of automotive vehicles including commercial heavy duty Tractors and other equipments.
• They meet BIS 506; 507 -1993 specifications for general purpose grease.

APPLICATION:-

• They can be used for Water Pumps and Wheel Bearings operating at moderate temperature.

GLOBAL WHEEL BEARING GREASE

DESCRIPTION:-

• Wheel Bearing Grease is sodium based grease. Which give excellent performance even when subjected to extremely heavy shear.
• This grease maintains its structure stability over long service & withstands excessive churning effectively.

APPLICATION:-

• Wheel Bearing Grease is recommended for wheel bearings & various other automotive grease applications which are not exposed to moisture. It meets IS:10647:1993.
• It is also used in stone crushing machinery & ginning mills.

DESCRIPTION:-

• These are lithium soap multipurpose greases. Having high drop point, good thermal and structural stability.
• It has high degree of resistance to oxidation, rusting, corrosion and water washout.

APPLICATION:-

• These greases are suitable for all automotive lubrication, universal joints & wheel bearings.
• These greases also find wide application in both antifriction and plain bearing of general machinery & farm equipment’s.

• These greases are lithium base greases having extreme pressure (EP) properties.
• These greases possess excellent shear stability, high load carrying capacity, high oxidation stability & anti rust / anti corrosion properties.
• These greases prevent welding & seizure of moving parts often caused by shock loading & resist water washout.

APPLICATION:-

• EP grease-0/00/000 are recommended for both plain & anti friction bearings in a wide variety of applications such as automotive, earth moving equipment’s, gear couplings, mining equipment’s, centralized lubrication systems, gear box lubrication, open gears & general industrial machinery.

DESCRIPTION:-

• These are lithium base multipurpose extreme pressure industrial greases.
• They possess excellent Shear stability, High load carrying capacity, High oxidation stability and Corrosion protection.
• These greases prevent welding & seizure of moving parts often caused by shock loading & water washout.

APPLICATION:-

• These greases are recommended for heavy duty plain & rolling element bearings in wide variety of applications such as Steel plants, Paper mills, Heavy engineering, Textile mills, Mining, Quarrying, Construction and General industrial machinery.
• These greases meet U.S. Steel-374 & British Timken for steel mill applications.

GLOBAL HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE & GLOBAL HIGH TEMPERATURE MOLY GREASE

DESCRIPTION:-

• Global HT & HT Moly Grease are non-soap based smooth structured greases having excellent ability to withstand high temperature & severe shock load conditions.
• This grease has excellent resistance to water washout. & dose not gets effected by mild acids & alkalis.
• Global HT Moly Grease contains Molybdenum disulphide & therefore, has high load bearing ability.
• They have good oxidation resistance & thermal stability for use in both plain & anti friction bearings.
• It can lubricate satisfactorily at temperature upto 230 °C and will not melt or soften at higher temperature.

APPLICATION:-

• These greases are also recommended for girth gear application.
• Machine elements and bearings under high temperature operating conditions, such as industrial ovens, furnaces, etc where running temperatures often exceed 180°C.

DESCRIPTION:-

• Moly Grease is multipurpose lithium based grease, Compounded with finely dispersed Molybdenum disulphide which is very effective solid lubricant with extremely good anti scuffing characteristics.
• It provides protection to moving parts under very sever shock load conditions, resists water washouts & gives long service life.

APPLICATION:-

• Moly grease is recommended for chassis fittings, wheel bearings, CV joints in passenger cars, trucks, buses, farm tractors, mobile construction as well as earth moving machinery.
• It is also suitable for rolling bearings, plain bearings, gears, couplings and mining equipment’s.

DESCRIPTION:-

• These are lithium complex soap base grease with very high structural and oxidation stability, water resistance and extreme pressure properties.
• Lithium Complex EP Greases provide excellent performance particularly in wheel bearing of heavy duty commercial vehicle. Like trailers, trucks, buses, tankers, off highway transport vehicles, passenger cars etc. were extended service life and long drainage interval up to 70,000km is required.

APPLICATION:-

• These greases are even recommended in earth moving equipment, gear coupling, electric motors, general industrial machinery, U-joints, King pins, fifth wheels and bucket pins.
• These greases pass EMCOR antirust test for (IP 220) – zero rating and possess very high Weld Load characteristics, up to 280 kg as per IP 239.

DESCRIPTION:-

• Global HT Blue Grease is a premium lithium complex, extreme pressure grease intended for severe industrial applications.
• Based on a high quality mineral oil, Global HT Blue Grease is formulated to provide excellent high temperature performance with excellent adhesion, structural stability and superior resistance to water.
• This grease has a high level of chemical stability and offers excellent protection against rust, corrosion and wear, especially on axles, rings and bearings.
• The operating temperature range is -15oC to 250oC.
• Global HT Blue Grease does not contain lead, chlorine or nitrite.

DESCRIPTION:-

• It is premium quality lithium based grease containing extreme pressure additives.
• These are environment friendly products, suitable for heavy-duty roller & plain bearings, and for situations warranting a use of extreme pressure grease, particularly to those subjected to shock loads at temperatures up to about 130°C.

APPLICATION:-

• This grease is recommended for all plain & roller bearings in equipments operating under severe shock loading conditions and temperatures up to about 130°C.
• Good Oxidation Stability- Gives enhanced life to the grease lubricant and minimum changing intervals.
